* In “`Dr. Phil’ leads rookie talk show surge” (Oct. 7, 2002, Page 4), “Dr. Phil’s” debut with a 4.4 Nielsen Media Research rating for the week ending Sept. 22 bested the June 1996 debut of “Rosie O’Donnell,” which had a 3.2 rating.
