The Hallmark Channel has promoted two executives to oversee two publicity units it has recently created. Elizabeth Hillman, left, has been named VP of corporate communications and Pam Slay is now VP of network program publicity. Ms. Hillman and Ms. Slay will be based in Los Angeles. Ms Hillman was promoted from executive director, communications and publicity, and will oversee all corporate communications and press strategies for advertising sales, marketing and distribution. Ms. Slay, who was promoted from executive director, communications and publicity, will direct all consumer publicity for Hallmark programming and press strategies related to acquisitions and studio deals.
