Terry Wood has been promoted to executive VP, programming, for Paramount Domestic Television. She will continue to report to Greg Meidel, president of programming for the division. Ms. Wood was the senior VP of programming. She will continue to spearhead the programming and production of “Dr. Phil” and supervise the division’s “Entertainment Tonight” franchise, which includes “ET Weekend.” Ms. Wood will also oversee “Hot Ticket.” She joined Paramount Domestic TV in 1998 as VP of programming. Before coming to Paramount she was executive director of development for Harpo Entertainment, where she produced the award-winning special “Dinner With Oprah.” Before that she spent eight years with CBS News as a producer on “60 Minutes” and other news programs.
