More ‘Celebrity Mole’ on the way
ABC is close to a deal to renew Celebrity Mole for a summer run. The Stone Stanley Entertainment-produced show is expected to get a seven-episode order. Ahmad Rashad, who hosted the last incarnation Celebrity Mole Hawaii, is in talks to come back as host. The format will be the same and production will start ramping up pretty quickly to meet the summer deadline. The location is still to be determined and no celebrity names are currently attached to the project. Celebrity Mole: Hawaii was the fourth-highest rated show on ABC this season in adults 18 to 49 and 18 to 34, after The Bachelor, The Bachelorette and Monday Night Football. Scott Stone and David Stanley are executive producers.
