Thomas Devlin has been named president, international television distribution, CF Entertainment. He previously was senior VP for Hearst Entertainment Distribution. Mr. Devlin will be based in New York and report to Byron Allen, CF Entertainment chairman and CEO. He will be responsible for clearing CF Entertainment’s portfolio of 12 syndicated television programs internationally, including “Entertainers With Byron Allen,” “The American Athlete,” “Kickin’ It” and the syndicate’s nine other first-run television programs. Mr. Devlin is an international television program sales and marketing veteran. Before working with Hearst, where he served for 12 years rising to the rank of senior VP, Mr. Devlin was VP and general manager of Worldvision Home Video.
