* In “Fox Net, Affils Settle NFL Tab” (TelevisionWeek, Oct. 20) Robert Quicksilver is president of distribution and affiliate relations for Fox Broadcasting.
* In “PBS Facing Crisis” (TelevisionWeek, Oct. 20), Gary Ruskin, executive director of Commercial Alert, wrote in a petition sent to Gary Knell, president of Sesame Workshop, “Parents entrust their children to you because you are trustworthy. We doubt that enticing kids with junk food is part of that trust.” Also, Anne Elliot is VP of marketing communications for Nielsen Media Research.
