If mega-producer Jerry Bruckheimer’s “Skin” had not bombed on the Fox schedule last fall, the act of turning out huge prime-time hits would seem way too easy for him. As it is, his company’s “CSI” is the most-watched show this season, with two others-“CSI: Miami” and “Without a Trace”-in the top 10 and freshman drama “Cold Case” at No. 13 and rising. “My talent is knowing talent. We have phenomenal people running our shows,” Mr. Bruckheimer said. “My job is to support them, and if I see something that’s not working, I’ll jump in. But they do a great job most of the time.”
