TVWeek’s Got the News at NATPE

Karen Devine of KMIR-TV in Palm Springs, Calif., will anchor “NATPE News TV,” TelevisionWeek’s daily television coverage of the National Association of Television Program Executives convention.
Coverage begins airing Sunday, Jan. 18, and will continue through Monday, Jan. 19 in Las Vegas. Now in its 21st year, “NATPE News TV” will feature reports by veteran TV journalists from around the country who will cover the exhibit floor, sessions and breaking news from the conference.
A new 60-minute newscast will be telecast continuously each day. In addition to coverage of the events from the previous day, the newscasts will feature in-depth stories on topics including:
* A look back at NATPE over the past two decades
* Technology issues
* Conversations with key industry leaders
* The future of NATPE
The telecasts will be seen in all official NATPE hotels, on monitors in the convention center, on select shuttle buses and nationally on two daily satellite feeds courtesy of PanAmSat, Vyvx and CoverEDGE. The telecast will be available in streaming video on TVWeek.com as well.
