Mark DeVitre has been named VP, sales, Warner Bros. Domestic Cable Distribution. Mr. DeVitre will be responsible for the domestic licensing of feature films, television series, miniseries, TV movies and specials to the pay television and basic-cable networks. He joins WBDCD from Fox Entertainment Group, where he most recently served as senior VP/general manager, Fox Movie Channel. Before that, he was senior VP, operations, FX Networks. Mr. DeVitre started with the Fox Cable Networks as VP, business and legal affairs, with responsibility for FX, Fox Movie Channel and The Health Network. Before joining Fox, Mr. DeVitre held business and legal affairs positions at Warner Home Video, Philips Interactive Media, Multimedia Entertainment and Hanna-Barbera Productions.
