Advertisers, agency executives, media planners and ad-time buyers will be among those at a trio of Syndicated Network Television Association conferences, the first of which kicks off Thursday in New York. The invitation-only presentations by top TV program syndicators will be repeated in Chicago (March 15-16) and Los Angeles (March 18). A special TelevisionWeek advertising supplement showcasing the conference, upcoming shows and industry executives follows Page 24.

The Digital Wave

The theme of the CTAM Digital & Broadband Conference, which begins Tuesday in Century City, Calif., is “Ride the Wave Full On.” The conference promises to provide intelligence on how cable TV can successfully deploy and market digital and broadband services now and in the future. The keynote speaker is Jim Gianopulos, chairman of Fox Filmed Entertainment, who will discuss opportunities from new technology such as video-on-demand and the impact of digital technology on the distribution and marketing of movies.
