Woody Fraser, the ace producer who took over CNBC’s struggling John McEnroe talk show barely six weeks ago, is no longer connected with the show or the cable network. Mr. Fraser’s exit reportedly was effective Tuesday.

A CNBC spokeswoman confirmed the departure of Mr. Fraser and described it as “mutually agreeable.” Andy Meyer, who has been a “McEnroe” producer, will run the 10 p.m. weeknights show on an interim basis.
