CBS announced today it is moving its struggling baseball drama “Clubhouse” to Saturdays at 8 p.m. (ET) and moving the sixth installment of the multiple Emmy Award-winning reality series “Amazing Race” to Tuesdays at 9 p.m.

A two-hour special of “Amazing Race” is scheduled to premiere Tuesday, Nov. 16, at 9 p.m., pre-empting the 10 p.m. drama “Judging Amy.” The show begins its regularly scheduled one-hour broadcast starting Tuesday, Nov. 23.

The network has touted the most recent installment of “Amazing Race” as summer 2004’s most-watched unscripted program, averaging 10.73 million viewers in its Tuesday 10 p.m. time slot and finishing with 12.94 million for its Sept. 21 finale.

“Race’s” return pushes CBS rookie drama “Clubhouse” to Saturdays at 8 p.m. starting Nov. 6. “Clubhouse” had its final Tuesday broadcast this week.
