IndTV, the start-up cable channel backed by former Vice President Al Gore, has named David Neuman and Anne Zehren to its senior management team. Mr. Neuman was previously the chief programming officer for CNN and will serve as president of programming for the network. Ms. Zehren was founding publisher of Teen People magazine and takes the role of sales and marketing president.

The network received a glut of publicity when it was announced at the National Show in May, with Mr. Gore as chairman and Joel Hyatt as CEO. The network has yet to release a content description or a launch date or announce carriage news.
