Billy Hall has joined Turner Network Television as VP of programming, reporting to Ken Schwab, senior VP of programming for TNT and TBS. Mr. Hall will be based in Atlanta and is responsible for all scheduling for the network, as well as managing the programming department and budget. Previously he was VP of programming and production for Fox Movie Channel.
