New Line Television said Thursday that “The Lord of the Rings” is the centerpiece of a new syndicated movie package it is calling New Line 11. The films will be sold at the National Association of Television Program Executives conference in a barter package, with availability beginning in 2007. Other films in the package include “The Notebook,” “John Q,” “Blade II,” “Birth” and “Secondhand Lions.”
