Showtime is developing a project based on the fractured business relationship between Disney CEO Michael Eisner and former Disney President Mike Ovitz.

A Showtime representative said the working title of the movie is “Two Blind Mice” (not “Two Blind Mikes,” as has been previously reported). A script has been commissioned from Academy Award-winning screenwriter Frederic Raphael (“Eyes Wide Shut”).

The project will follow the executives’ relationship from when Mr. Eisner hired Mr. Ovitz in 1995, to his termination little more than a year later, to their current courtroom battle stemming from a 1997 shareholder lawsuit.
