Metrose Moves to Paramount

Lauri Metrose has been named VP of communications for Paramount Network Television, it was announced by John Wentworth, executive VP of communications, Paramount Television. Ms. Metrose will report to Mr. Wentworth.

Ms. Metrose will oversee publicity campaigns for Paramount Network Television produced programming. She will work directly with David Stapf, president, and Maria Crenna, executive VP, Paramount Network Television, to support all of their programming and production efforts at the studio.

For the past four years, Ms. Metrose has been manager of publicity for CBS Entertainment, working on publicity campaigns for “CSI” and “Without a Trace,” “The King of Queens,” “Judging Amy” and “The Amazing Race.”

The appointment signals Ms. Metrose’s return to Paramount. She began her career at Paramount in 1998 as a junior publicist working on campaigns for “Frasier” and “Sister, Sister.” In 1999 she was elevated to publicist, working on “Star Trek: Voyager” and “Nash Bridges,” among other series.
