SmartVideo Technologies will offer cellular Internet-enabled mobile device users streaming news and information content from The Weather Channel, ABC News and NBC Universal’s CNBC, MSNBC and NBC Mobile broadcasts.

The content, which will be distributed through Microsoft’s Windows Media mobile portal at some 15 frames per second, will be offered in subscription packages that start at $12.95 per month.
