TV One, the network owned by Comcast and Radio One and aimed at African American adults, today said it has reached a carriage agreement with DirecTV that gives the satellite provider a small equity interest in the network. The deal puts TV One in DirecTV’s Total Choice programming package, effective Dec. 29, which counts about 12 million subscribers. The year-old network now has a total of about 19 million subscribers.
