Deborah Barak, who was recently named executive VP of business affairs for CBS Paramount Network Television Entertainment Group, has restructured the business affairs departments at Paramount Network Television and CBS Entertainment, naming three executives to the positions of senior VP, all reporting to her.

Dan Kupetz returns to Viacom as senior VP of business affairs for the company, heading up the Paramount business affairs department. Mr. Kupetz was VP of business affairs for CBS Entertainment from March 2002 through May 2004, when he left to join the law firm of Nelson Felker LLP.

At CBS Entertainment, Gary Silver and Roni Mueller have both been elevated to senior VP of business affairs. They will be responsible for overseeing the deals for the network’s pilots and series, as well as movies, specials and music operations.

Mr. Silver has been VP of business affairs for CBS Entertainment since 1998. He joined CBS from Atlantis Film, where he served as VP of business and legal affairs.

Ms. Mueller joined CBS in 2002 as executive, special projects, business affairs, and was promoted to VP of business affairs in 2003. Before she was at CBS, Ms. Mueller was senior VP of business affairs at Warner Bros. Television.
