Rainbow Media has promoted Matthew Frankel to VP of corporate communications. Mr. Frankel will oversee trade publication relations for AMC, WE and IFC.

Mr. Frankel previously headed PR for IFC.

“Matt is an extremely talented communications strategist with incredibly strong message development skills,” said Ellen Kroner, senior VP of corporate communications and marketing for Rainbow.

“His expertise in these areas will be a huge asset as we centralize all of our communications functions.”
