History Channel said it plans a special programming event titled “10 Days That Changed America,” which is scheduled to air in the first half of 2006. Each of the 10 days will be examined by an award-winning documentary filmmaker. The channel did not disclose the names of the filmmakers, or the say which days will be covered, noting that some may be obvious and others surprising. “10 Days That Changed America” will be supported by an extensive marketing and advertising campaign, the channel said.
