Landgraf Named FX Networks President and GM

John Landgraf was named president and general manager of FX Networks, Tony Vinciquerra, president and CEO of Fox Networks Group announced Tuesday. Mr. Landgraf replaces Peter Liguori, who in March became president of entertainment for Fox Broadcasting.

Mr. Landgraf, who has served as president of entertainment for FX since January 2004, assumes responsibility for all business and programming operations, including program development, scheduling, marketing, public relations, research and business affairs for FX Networks, which consists of FX and Fox Movie Channel.

In 2005 FX plans to more than double its number of original series. FX has ordered two new dramas, two new comedies and a new documentary series, all of which were developed under Mr. Landgraf. Four of these five new series are scheduled to premiere this summer.
