Former Flame TV President Nina Lederman has been named president of producer Joe Roth’s new TV production company in a deal with at Paramount Network Television.

A former production executive at NBC Studios, Ms. Lederman also worked at Michael Ovitz’s production company Artists Television Group.

Mr. Roth, a former top Disney executive who also runs the feature film company Revolution Studios, signed a three-year deal with Paramount last year to develop TV series.
