CBS is expanding CBS SportsLine.com to become a 24-hour broadband extension of CBS Sports, the company announced Thursday.

CBS Sports will contribute content to the Web site, including original video produced for the Internet as well as material from the CBS Sports library. CBS Sports will produce shows for the Web that will be available on-demand, including the “Visa NFL Highlights Show,” the “Subway Post Game Show” and the “SEC College Football Highlights Show, Presented by Geico.”

Shows will be hosted by Jason Horowitz, one of the finalists from ESPN’s “Dream Job.”

Also on the site will be talk shows, fantasy game shows and additional contributors and columnists, who will provide multimedia content. Advertisers on the site include Nike, BlackBerry, Visa, Volkswagen, Geico, CDW and UPS.

The expansion of CBS SportsLine.com follows a similar expansion of CBS News’ online presence.
