In a first for both Google and UPN, Internet site Google will screen the series premiere of the UPN comedy “Everybody Hates Chris” for four days on Google Video beginning Monday. Google users will be able to play the entire pilot episode via streaming video.

“We are very excited about working closely with Google in a new way that benefits both of us and our respective audiences,” said Larry Kramer, president of CBS Digital Media, in a release (both CBS and UPN are owned by parent company Viacom). “We think this promotional opportunity is going to get a lot of attention for both entities and really help to further build awareness.”

“Chris” is a production of Chris Rock Enterprises, in association with Paramount Network Television. Co-creator and narrator Chris Rock, co-creator Ali LeRoi, Howard Gewirtz, Michael Rotenberg and Dave Becky are executive producers. The show premiered Thursday, Sept. 22, on UPN, and become the most-watched episode of any comedy series in the history of the network.
