Where: Marriott Marquis Hotel Times Square, New York

Opening session: “The Present and Future of On-Demand Content.” Keynote speaker Josh Sapan, president and CEO of Rainbow Media Holdings, will be interviewed by CTAM President and CEO Char Beales.

Second session: “How Are They Doing It? (An Outside Perspective),” with keynote speaker Ian McKerlich, general manager of marketing, RealNetworks

Panel discussions:

  • “Marketing Strategy in an On-Demand World” will take a closer look at how networks are dramatically adjusting their marketing strategies to capture the potential of on-demand distribution and where things are heading. This panel will feature Michele Edelman, VP of marketing, Warner Home Video On Demand; Stacy Jolna, senior VP and general manager, TV Guide Television Group; and Art Marquez, VP of affiliate sales, NFL Network. Moderator will be Chuck Ross, publisher and editorial director of TelevisionWeek.

  • “In “Marketing Tactics for On-Demand Content,” a panel will tackle the question of how to market on-demand content and will examine a range of approaches taken to address this challenge. Panelists include Michael Gnojewski, director of marketing, Eclipse Marketing Services; Rishi Malhotra, director, HBO On Demand; Dan Ronayne, senior VP and general manager, Mag Rack/sportskool; and Bob Rose, executive VP of affiliate relations, Court TV. Karin Henderson, principal executive creative director, MK Advertising, will moderate.
