CBS News Leads in Business Emmy Nominations

Stories produced by CBS News led the list of nominations for Business and Financial Reporting Emmys, announced Tuesday by the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences.

The awards will be distributed Dec. 1at the Bloomberg headquarters in New York

CBS News stories received eight nominations. Stories seen on public broadcasting stations earned a total of four nominations. ABC News, CNBC and NBC News received two nominations each; A&E, CNN and Discovery Times won one nomination each.

CNN anchor Lou Dobbs will receive the Lifetime Achievement Emmy for Business and Financial Reporting at the ceremony.
