Comcast Realigns Staff to Focus on Product Bundle

Comcast has named David Juliano executive VP of marketing and product development, expanding his area of responsibility to include the cable giant’s video business in addition to the high-speed data and telephony businesses he previously oversaw.

The promotion, which was announced Monday by CEO Brian Roberts at a Citigroup investor conference in Phoenix, coincides with a corporate realignment designed to put all of the company’s cable products under a single umbrella that reflects Comcast’s emphasis on its product bundle.

In connection with Mr. Juliano’s promotion, Marvin Davis, the company’s senior VP of marketing and sales, will report to Mr. Juliano, who reports to Dave Watson, executive VP of operations.

Also getting new job descriptions are Steve Silva, who becomes executive VP of digital development after serving as executive VP of new business development, and Greg Butz, who becomes senior VP of product development.
