EchoStar, in a dispute with Lifetime Entertainment that knocked Lifetime and Lifetime Real Women off Dish Network, on Monday said it is making Oxygen available to its subscribers. The channel will be available to all 12 million Dish subscribers as a preview beginning immediately. “We’ve been working with Oxygen since last summer, looking for ways to give our customers greater choice,” said Eric Sahl, senior VP of programming for Dish Network.
