Eisner Earned $10 Mil in 2005

Former Walt Disney Co. CEO Michael Eisner earned more than $10 million in the 2005 fiscal year, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Mr. Eisner, who retired from the media company on Sept. 30, 2005, after a 21-year stint as CEO, pulled in $10.1 million in salary plus bonus for the 12-month period that ended the day he retired.

His successor, Robert Iger, earned $9.7 million in salary and bonus for the same period, according to the filing.
