News Corp. announced Tuesday that it has promoted three executives to senior VPs in its Corporate Finance Group.

Robert Gannon is now senior VP and corporate controller of News Corp.; Paula Wardynski has been named senior VP of finance for News Corp. and will remain treasurer of News America; and Ray Boudiette becomes senior VP of corporate audit. The three will continue to report to John Nallen, News Corp.’s deputy chief financial officer.
