TelevisionWeek is trawling cyberspace to find the hottest video clips spreading on the Web.

The setup: Liza Minnelli appears on CNN’s “Larry King Live” March 15. She’s in rare form that night, cracking herself up repeatedly throughout the segment. When a viewer calls in to say, “Hi, I am a musical theater major at the University of Arizona,” she bursts out laughing.

The source: The video, a series of outbursts of laughter strung together, was submitted to iFilm and then syndicated to MSN Video. CNN declined to comment on the clip.

The hits: It was MSN Video’s top-rated viral video for March 29, with more than 200,000 views in the first two days that it was posted.
