Steve Bellamy, founder and president of the Tennis Channel, is resigning his post at the three-year old cable network.
Mr. Bellamy said he wanted to pursue other interests.
“I’ve been contemplating this for a while and believe it is the right time to make this change,” he said in a statement released Thursday. “I can step away now with confidence in the network’s future.”
Ken Solomon, chairman and CEO, will continue to run the network channel.
