Children’s programming production company DIC Entertainment and AOL have formed a partnership to co-produce a show for CBS’s Saturday morning kids programming block.

DIC, the program supplier behind CBS’s new fall 2006 “Saturday Morning Secret Slumber Party,” will work with AOL’s online kids site, KOL, to develop an interactive Web site based on the programming block.

In addition, KOL online DJ Rick Adams will host DIC’s debuting dance reality series “Dance Revolution.” The show, set to debut Sept. 16, will be co-produced by DIC and KOL as part of the deal. The two companies also are in development for new kids series for fall 2007.
