Starcom USA has reorganized its senior management, putting Chris Boothe in charge of media investments for the agency.

Mr. Boothe, formerly executive VP and group client leader, is one of four agency presidents reporting to CEO John Muszynski. Mr. Boothe’s title is president and chief activation officer, and he will be in charge of what the agency calls “execution of consumer-driven contract plans.” That includes television buying, which was handled by Elizabeth Herbst-Brady, who left the agency earlier this year to take a top sales position at Twentieth Television.

Also reporting to Mr. Muszynski are Steven Feuling, president and chief consumer officer; Andrew Swinand, president and chief client officer, and Kathy Ring, president and chief Los Angeles operations officer.

Mr. Muszynski and the four presidents will form an executive operations team that will also be responsible for long-term agency planning and managing functions such as communications, talent management and financial operations.
