The Aug. 2 episode of Bravo’s fashion design reality show “Project Runway” set a network viewership record, based on metered-market overnight ratings.
The third-season premiere was seen by 3.4 million viewers, making the program the most-watched telecast on Bravo. The show also was the top cable program for the day.
“Project Runway” is truly a cultural phenomenon, and the ratings show that,” said Lauren Zalaznick, president of Bravo.
The series airs Wednesdays at 10 p.m. (ET).
