Tandberg Television, which provides interactive TV and video-on-demand software and services, announced late Friday that it plans to acquire Zetools, an Internet television software firm.

Zetools’ customers include AOL, NBC Universal, MTV Networks and Viacom. Tandberg said it will integrate Zetools’ software into its technologies.

The companies did not disclose the amount of the purchase.
