NBC’s Emmy Award-winning police psychic drama “Medium” will return to the network’s schedule on Wednesdays at 10 p.m. (ET) as of Nov. 15, filling a spot recently vacated by the low performing drama “Kidnapped.”

“Medium” aired on Monday nights at 10 p.m. last season. On Oct. 11, NBC aired “Dateline” in the time slot.

“We have been waiting for the right moment to bring back this excellent, chilling drama to our lineup and we know this will make the show’s legion of devoted fans very happy,” NBC Entertainment President Kevin Reilly said in a statement.

“Medium” was created by Glenn Gordon Caron. Mr. Caron, Kelsey Grammer, Steve Stark, Rene Echevarria and Ronald L. Schwary are executive producers. “Medium” is produced by Picturemaker Productions in association with CBS Paramount Network Television and Grammnet Productions.
