Lincoln to Advertise on Gospel Music Channel’s VOD Service

Ford Motor’s Lincoln division signed on as the charter advertiser on Gospel Music Channel’s video-on-demand service.

Lincoln will run 30-second spots before and after all on-demand views of “Hometown Gospel,” an original series of quarterly specials airing on Gospel Music Channel. The first special will air on Dec. 9 and will premiere on VOD in February 2007. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Gospel Music Channel’s VOD service features five hours of VOD programming, of which 45 minutes is changed each week. The service is available in 10 million households.
