ABC has picked up its William Shatner game show “Show Me the Money” for an additional six episodes, the network announced Friday.
The show will move to a new time period, Tuesdays at 8 p.m., starting Jan. 2. Since “Dancing With the Stars” vacated that slot last month, the network has aired music and holiday specials.
“Money” is a surprising choice for a pickup. The program recently sank to a series low 1.9 rating among adults 18 to 49 on Wednesday, and has averaged a mere 2.1 rating.
“Money” is produced by Endemol USA.
