Publicist Ronnie Lippin Dies

Ronnie Lippin, publicist and manager to some of music’s most popular acts, died Monday after a long battle with breast cancer.

In 1989, Ms. Lippin joined entertainment marketing and public relations firm The Lippin Group, which was founded by her husband, Richard, in 1986. She has represented a long list of performers including Brian Wilson, Prince and Eric Clapton. At the time of her death, Ms. Lippin was president of company; her husband is chairman and chief executive.

Ms. Lippin is also survived by her daughter, Alexandra, a senior account executive for The Lippin Group. The family plans to establish a foundation in Ms. Lippin’s name to study rare forms of breast cancer.
