A new lane is opening on the cyber freeway for Revver. Starting later this year, the online video service’s content will be provided to subscribers of Verizon’s new FiOS TV service and its Surround broadband entertainment portal.

FiOS TV, which was introduced to the media market at CES, enables subscribers to access broadcast TV, the Internet, their private music and photo collections, and now Revver videos, through one media-management system.

“Revver prides itself on attracting the very best digital video creators who are producing entertainment for the Internet today,” said Steven Starr, founder and CEO of Revver. “The initiative will help us further support our creators by bringing their content to a whole new TV audience.”

Revver will split the earned revenue from videos 50/50 with its creators.

This agreement comes only two months after Revver announced it would provide videos to mobile phones through Verizon V CAST, which the company said makes it the only online video service giving users access to three distribution channels: broadband, mobile and broadcast.
