ABC has announced the pickup of 11 series, including bubble shows “Boston Legal” and “Men in Trees.”

The order included new season orders for veteran shows “Lost,” “Desperate Housewives,” “Dancing With the Stars,” “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition,” “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” “Grey’s Anatomy” and “The Bachelor.”

ABC also is picking up freshman breakouts “Brothers and Sisters” and “Ugly Betty.”

Absent from the list was Monday night underperformer “What About Brian,” which is in its second season. “Brian” has averaged a 2.6 rating among adults 18 to 49 this season. Also absent were freshman midseason comedies “In Case of Emergency” and “Knights of Prosperity,” though an ABC rep cautioned against reading too much into absences from the list.

“We have had a strong year, with two of the season’s breakout hits, ‘Ugly Betty’ and ‘Brothers and Sisters,’ and the solid performance of ‘Men in Trees,'” said ABC Entertainment President Steve McPherson. “We are pleased that viewers have invested in these new favorites along with our other returning series. These shows provide us with a substantial foundation to make 2007-08 our best schedule yet.”

ABC previously announced new seasons for “America’s Funniest Home Videos,” “Supernanny” and “Wife Swap.”
