Fox Forms Cross-Media Marketing Group

Fox Entertainment Group has formed a new unit, Fox One, that will try to sell integrated marketing programs that include parent company News Corp.’s broadcast, cable, digital, print and film assets.

Jean Rossi, who was president of Fox Entertainment Group Integrated Sales, will lead Fox One as president. Ms. Rossi is also executive VP of sales for Fox Broadcasting Co.

Claudine Lilien joined Fox as senior VP of the new unit from VP-sales of the CW.
