Report: ABC Scheduling New Legal Drama for January TheWrap

With ABC announcing recently that "FlashForward" won't return until March, that frees up a time period for the netork's new legal drama.

The show, "The Deep End," about first-year lawyers, from 20th Centurey Fox TV, will thus debut at 8 pm on either Jan. 14 or Jan 21, reports our friend Joseph Adalian at TheWrap. 

The series will get a six-episode run to see how it does.
