Small and Mid-Sized Cable Operators Gear Up for Comcast/NBCU Challenge B&C

The American Cable Association, which represents small and midsized cable operators, is adding to its legal and economic team in an effort to challenge Comcast’s takeover of NBC Universal, B&C reports.

Among those the organization has tapped are former FCC chief economist William Rogerson. Congressional hearings on the merger deal begin this week.
