Dr. Drew Pinsky, star of the "Celebrity Rehab" franchise on VH1, has formed his own production company, The Hollywood Reporter reports. 

Dr. Drew Productions will produce unscripted programming that will feature Dr. Drew and others.

The first project from the production company being shopped around is a pilot entitled "Estranged With Dr. Drew." The series focuses on couples who must decide if they want to separate or reunite. Picture This TV is also involved with the pilot.
