Charlie Sheen is reaching out to fugitive Christopher Dorner, a former police officer who is suspected in the killing of three people in the Los Angeles area, reports TMZ.com.

Sheen was mentioned in Dorner’s manifesto, along with other celebrities, the story adds. Dorner said Sheen was "effin awesome."

"You mentioned me in your manifesto, so thank you for your kind words. I am urging you to call me," Sheen said in a video posted on the site. Sheen is asking that Dorner, who is still at large, get in touch with him to talk things out.
