Comcast Entertainment Group has promoted John Najarian to executive vice president of digital media and business development.
Mr. Najarian will be responsible for mobile, broadband and emerging businesses for Comcast networks E! Entertainment, Style Network and G4.
He joined Comcast in 2001 and most was senior VP of digital media and business development. He previously held senior-level positions at AOL and Disney.
“John has played an integral role in building E!, Style and G4’s multiplatform businesses,” Comcast CEO Ted Harbert said in a statement Wednesday. “His ability to identify strategic opportunities that keep our networks ahead of the curve makes him a tremendous asset to the company.”
